LuMENary Tribe, Inc. (“LuMENary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you (1) visit our website (the “Site”), (2) use our community and membership services (the “Tribe”), and/or (3) use our Glue Up account and related tools (the “Glue Up Platform”). By using the Site, participating in the Tribe, or using the Glue Up Platform, you agree to the practices described below.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Our public website hosted on WordPress through GoDaddy
- Tribe operations and communications
- Glue Up features we use, including member profiles and directory, registrations/RSVPs, payments, email campaigns, in-app messaging, waivers/forms, and volunteer management
Third-party services: Glue Up and any payment partners it uses have their own privacy policies and terms that govern their platforms.
2) Information We Collect
A. Information you provide (Website and Tribe)
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:
- Name, email, phone number
- City, preferred chapter, and other details you submit
- Messages sent to us through the Site contact form or email
B. Information you provide (Glue Up Platform)
Because the “Request an Invite,” membership, and event features are handled in Glue Up, we may collect and process information through Glue Up including:
- Profile details (name, photo, chapter, city, email, phone, social links)
- Business/company info and “About me” bio (if submitted)
- Event registration and RSVP information
- Digital waivers/forms you submit
- Volunteer signups and related information
- Member-to-member and member-to-admin communications within Glue Up
C. Payments (Glue Up)
Meeting fees and any future dues/payments are processed through Glue Up and its payment partners. LuMENary does not store full payment card details. We may receive payment confirmations and transaction records (such as amount, date, and status) for administrative and accounting purposes.
D. Emergency contact information
LuMENary may collect emergency contact information for safety purposes. We do not intend to collect other sensitive personal information (see Section 3). Emergency contact information may be collected through Glue Up or other administrative processes and used only when reasonably necessary for safety.
E. Photos and tags (Tribe activities)
Photos and videos may be captured at Tribe meetings and events and may be posted online and on social media, including tagging participants. Participation in Tribe activities may result in your appearance in posted content.
F. Information collected automatically (Site)
When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Pages viewed, clicks, time spent, referring URLs
- Cookies and similar identifiers
3) Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
LuMENary does not intentionally collect sensitive information such as medical or mental health details, diagnoses, treatment history, government-issued ID numbers, biometrics, background checks, or children’s personal information. The exception is emergency contact information (see Section 2D).
If you choose to share sensitive information in free-text fields or messages, you do so voluntarily, and we encourage you not to include sensitive details unless necessary.
4) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate the Site and respond to inquiries
- Review and administer “Request an Invite” submissions
- Manage membership, chapters, and community operations
- Register participants for events and manage RSVPs
- Process meeting fees and other payments (through Glue Up and its partners)
- Send communications (email and in-app messages) related to the Tribe
- Send SMS/text notifications for event reminders and payment notifications
- Maintain safety, integrity, and Code of Conduct enforcement
- Improve the Site, services, and member experience
- Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations
5) Member Directory and Community Visibility (Glue Up)
LuMENary uses Glue Up to provide a member directory and community features. Members can view a directory of other members within Glue Up, which may include name, photo, chapter, city, email, phone number, social links, business/company info, and bio.
Important: This directory is intended solely for legitimate community purposes inside the Tribe. Members must not scrape, harvest, or use directory information for spam, blanket marketing, or any unauthorized purpose.
- Allowed: Direct, respectful outreach and support for a specific event or community initiative
- Not allowed: Blanket marketing, mass solicitation, or unsolicited promotional campaigns
Violations may result in suspension or removal from the Tribe.
6) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information:
- With service providers who help operate our Site and services (e.g., GoDaddy hosting; analytics tools; website performance and security tools)
- With Glue Up as the platform provider for membership, directory, events, communications, waivers/forms, and volunteer management
- With payment partners used by Glue Up to process transactions (payment data is handled by them, not stored by LuMENary)
- Internally within LuMENary (HQ and designated leaders/admins) to review requests, coordinate meetings, enforce standards, and run operations
- For legal/safety reasons if needed to comply with law, protect rights/safety, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests
7) Communications Preferences
A. Email and in-app messages
We may send administrative or operational communications related to your requests, membership, events, and community activity.
B. SMS/Text notifications
We may send text messages related to event reminders and payment notifications.
Text opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time (e.g., by replying STOP where supported). Opting out applies to texts only. You may still receive important communications through in-app messaging and email.
8) Cookies and Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, pages visited, time on page, and traffic sources). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
9) Data Retention
LuMENary retains personal information for 12 months after:
- a request is submitted but not accepted, or
- a member leaves the Tribe,
unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or safety reasons. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information for analytics and improvement.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Your Rights and Choices
You may request:
- access to the personal information we have about you
- corrections to inaccurate information
- deletion of information (subject to retention requirements)
- export of information (where feasible)

Note: Some profile and platform settings are controlled through Glue Up. Where applicable, requests may require coordination with Glue Up’s platform functionality.
12) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children. LuMENary does not intentionally collect children’s personal information. Family-friendly events may allow minors to attend, but we do not intend to collect children’s names, ages, or profiles.
13) Third-Party Links (Glue Up and Others)
The Site may include links to third-party services (including Glue Up). These sites are not controlled by LuMENary, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information on third-party platforms.
14) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Site, Tribe, or Glue Up Platform after changes means you accept the revised policy.
15) SMS Communication and Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Conscious Solutions. These messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling, service updates, reminders, and optional marketing messages related to AI automation services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
