About the Tribe
LuMENary Tribe is an invite-only brotherhood built for men who refuse to stay the same. We meet monthly in local chapters and have other events throughout the month to create real connection, practice accountability, and grow with integrity. Rooted in TRIBE values: Trust, Responsibility, Integrity, Brotherhood, and Evolution. LuMENary is a place where men show up, speak truthfully, and elevate one another through consistent action.
Our Mission
To forge a brotherhood of growth where men connect, hold each other accountable, and elevate one another while living with integrity, vulnerability, and real-world impact.
How We Operate
We don’t offer quick motivation. We build a standard and a community strong enough to support it.
• We host monthly chapter meetings that follow a structured format designed to help men get grounded, engage a meaningful topic, and leave with clarity and momentum.
• We create a confidential container where men can be honest, vulnerable, and challenged without judgment—while still being held accountable.
• We develop leadership through integrity by strengthening the man behind the title, so growth shows up at home, at work, and in the community.
• We recognize growth and contribution through shared standards and positive reinforcement, including “MVP of the Meeting.”
• We maintain a protected culture through invite-only access, clear expectations, and a Code of Conduct that supports safety and respect.
